How do I apply?
We strongly encourage groups to reduce paper waste by downloading the Carmel Green Teen Micro-Grant Application as a Word file, filling it in on a computer, and emailing the completed application as a Word or PDF file as an attachment to: admin@CarmelGreenTeen.org
Please note that the original signed "Signature Verification Page" (page 5 of application) and all supporting non-profit documents must be submitted in hard copy form. You may mail them to the address below or turn them in at the grant review session (interview).
Please do not submit applications until all signatures, supporting documents, and permissions are obtained and ready for submission. Thank you.

Does your projects take place on Carmel Clay Schools property?
Feb. 18 - Administrative Approval Form due via email (strongly encouraged by this date). *Only for projects taking place on Carmel Clay Schools property.
Feb. 28- Application deadline. completed application including signature pages and supporting non-profit info due via email or mail.
March 8- Mandatory Grant Review Session- Grant applicants (at least two youths and one adult) must attend a short interview appointments to receive funding. Each group will be given a 15-minute appointment time, in which they may present their grant idea and answer any questions we might have about it.
March 14- You will be notified regarding approval of your project.
March (TBA)- Grant Award Ceremony
Project Completion Reports are due within two weeks of completing your project.
