Feb 24 - Carmel Clay Schools Administrative Approval Form due via email (strongly encouraged by this date). *Only for projects taking place on Carmel Clay Schools property. See application for details.
March 15- Application deadline. Completed application including signature page needs to be received via email, mail, or drop off.
March 26 - Mandatory Grant Review Session- Grant applicants (at least two youths and one adult) must attend a short interview appointment to receive funding. Each group will be given a 15-minute appointment time during which they present their project idea and answer any application questions we might have.
Early April - date TBA - You will be notified on or before this date regarding funding of your project.
April 20 - Grant Award Ceremony - Grant money awarded at this time. Please arrive early to St. Peter's Church, 3106 East Carmel Dr, 46033. Ceremony starts at 5 PM.
Project Completion Reports are due within two weeks of completing your project.
