Feb 28 - Carmel Clay Schools Administrative Approval Form due via email (strongly encouraged by this date). *Only for projects taking place on Carmel Clay Schools property. See application for details.
March 12- Application deadline. Completed application including signature page needs to be received via email, mail, or drop off.
March 27 - Mandatory Grant Review Session- Grant applicants (at least two youths and one adult) must attend a short interview appointment to receive funding. Each group will be given a 15-minute appointment time during which they present their project idea and answer any application questions we might have.
Early April - You will be notified by email by this date regarding funding of your project.
Grant Award Ceremony - May 4 at Founders Park - Grant money awarded at this time.
Project Reports are due within two weeks of completing each project. We use information from this report to create your unique webpage, to calculate impact of your project, and to hold you accountable for your spending.
